Public types are WPCacheManager, WPCacheAnalyzer, WPRestClient and WPCacheMeta. Typical lifecycle is WPCacheManager → fetch/sync → WPCacheAnalyzer. Pagination is controlled by overrideDefaultPerPage (10–100) and TLS by SSLContext via SSLContexts. Package-private helpers WPCacheReader, WPCacheWriter (atomic ATOMIC_MOVE + ReentrantLock) and WPCacheDelta implement the cache I/O and delta logic.
